  Using CarAdvise for the first time, they were more than willing to help me out with the whole process. Brandon and Dylan were top notched technicians to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. Keep up the good work bros! Other Valvoline locations suck which is why I always go to the Bergenfield location

  I’ve been going to this location for years and never had any major issues until my last visit. During that visit, they put a different oil in my car than the one I always use, claiming they had run out of it. Instead of going a few doors down to Advanced Auto Parts to get the correct oil my car requires, they used the wrong one and insisted it would be fine, and I paid for it. Because the situation didn’t sit well with me, I contacted another shop, which was flabbergasted by that suggestion. I then had to take my car elsewhere to have the proper oil put in. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem knowledgeable, and because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to others.
