I was told by driving around the dash readings would correct themselves but that did not happen. This prompted a return visit not only wasting my valuable time but also tying up one of your bays. Mike, your assistant manager was apologetic and had corrected the pressure in all tires. I'd suggest better training and some type of accountability for lax work habits.

The technician that did the initial greeting at register when I pulled in shop wasn’t so thorough or engaged. And although it is my responsibility to present any coupons I might have, I do believe that because you offer many coupons to repeat customers the tech taking payment should ask if you have any b4 taking payment. He was so quick to stick machine in my car for payment I didn’t get an opportunity to present my coupon. I take some of responsibility for that as well but I been there many times and the tech taking payment has been a little more accommodating and friendly which makes the experience a bit nicer.

She made recommendations for services needed at 100,000 (ie radiator fluid replacement) and a service to consider for next time. They checked my lights, my heat, my air and cabin filters, verified that I didn’t need wipers, and put air in my tires. It all took less than 20 minutes for all that plus the radiator fluid replacement and oil change. I will be returning for my next service.
