  I recently had a problem with my car while away from home and needed to have it towed to a local place for emergency service. The Enterprise location was close to where I was staying and they came to pick me up and had a car waiting for me when I arrive and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. The manager personally drove me back to pick up my car after the service was completed. From pick up to drop off, they were the nicest team I have ever dealt with considering the emergency I was faced with. I would highly recommend Enterprise in Belmar NJ. ❤️😊

  Excellent service at after hours airport drop off. Great service from Jared and especially Mercedes at the NJ-35, Belmar, NJ location.

  Rented a car for 3 days at the Bellmawr location. They picked me up on Wednesday which was great! Needed to return the car by 2 pm Saturday. Unfortunately no one told me they close at noon and I need to drop the car off and find a ride home. Also, whatever they cleaned the car with left a really foul odor. I'm really disappointed. I've used Enterprise in the past with no issues.

  Jared the manager is rude and refuses to do his job. He should not have a job. When you have a reference number from corporate he refuses to call because he doesn't want to do his job.

  They said I brought the car back and it was filled with dog hair and smell like puke .I dont even own a dog and certainly wouldn't puke in a car. The woman who called was rude and insulting. Will never deal with them again. One week later called everyone still no answer not even a phone call. Don't ever drop off a car here without them checking it !!!!!
