His disposition displayed himself to be reassuring to this customer because he was sure and secure in his job duties. In other words, he knew what he was talking about, and was very friendly and helpful as well.

A friend of mine went with me and the battery was purchased under his phone number, however, I paid for it with my debit card. I went there to return my battery and was told that I could get a full refund, but the manager said that I was given false information and could only get a $10 gift card. I had a family friend purchase a battery and replace it for me. The battery I purchased at auto zone was faulty and died a year after I got it. I paid $150.00 for the battery for a 3 year warranty and got a $10 gift card. I think it’s ridiculous they didn’t honor my warranty and never refunded me the money like that said they would. I will never go back there again. Very unprofessional.
