  I've been waiting for my deposit back for 11 days. The manager isn't doing their job properly and hasn't helped me. Because I haven't received my money back, I haven't been able to rent a car for 11 days. I rented a car for over a month and I've been waiting for my deposit back for 11 days. They're losing customers instead of gaining them.

  I rented a car through my insurance because my car was in the body shop. I felt there was no professionalism in this location from the manager, Vicky. She was very dismissive and not very friendly to me. She would leave me standing at the desk as other customers came in, I’d gather they were regular customers. I recall feeling very unimportant. And then she would go all the way to the back and sit at her desk while I was still standing there. I would have to summon for her that I was there and still there was no immediate concern. Very odd and disappointing. Carlos appeared to be more friendly and helpful. However, My car ended up being in the body shop more than we thought. And at the time there was a cap on my rental I think it was 30 days or $1500 Enterprise never reached out to me to tell me that I was over the amount. I never received a call, a email or a text with an invoice of what was due or they closed the account. However, I retuned the car over a week ago, to my auto body shop, and still nothing from enterprise. So this morning, I noticed that enterprise took money out of my account, this left me a little perturb because I wasn’t aware, what I owed, how much I owed because I was not contacted. Not to mention this interrupted a bill being paid through my account today. I called enterprise and they could not answer why I was never reached out to. I talked to the auto body shop and they said they’ve had issues with them as well. At this point I’m not sure if I will ever go back to enterprise, so unfortunate. But get this when I talk to the location this morning they told me that Vicky the manager is no longer in that branch she got a promotion, go figure
