  I had issues with my car battery, I called this location to see if they can help me replace it. Micah answered and assured me he can get the job done. Once I arrived, he was able to not only provide me a new battery but replace it as well. He was kind, fast, and efficient, excellent service.

  I had issues with my rear mounted brake light, and was attempting to fix it myself — as someone who is very inexperienced with cars, that proved to be a challenging task. An incredibly kind and helpful associate immediately came to help me. I was only asking him what part I should buy, but he not only let me borrow the part, he even came outside with the part and helped me fix the bulb. I did not catch his name - but it was today at around 4:30 pm. I was blown away by his sheer kindness to immediately come and help me out with this repair. I have been to many auto zones, but this was the best experience I’ve had by far!

  They suck and wont help you with your car go to union city the heights plaza they help in every way they possibly can

  Literally the third autozone to tell me the same thing, "they don't have the machine for the check engine light." I drove here cause you're supposed to be able to help.

  The store manager Sherman is very rude and incompetent. Also the store is terribly maintained. This is coming from a fellow autozoner. I do not recommend going to this autozone at all!
