- CBCynthia BaurApr 1, 20261.0If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. Had appt to pick up car. Arrive. Door locked. Hand written note on door says 'be back soon'. There is a phone number to call, but scratched out with black marker. Wait over an hour. Someone finally shows up, and takes a customer who got there after I did. Spends 26 minutes with that customer, then has to go outside with them. Gone for another 15 minutes. Phones are ringing off the hook, I don't know how this place is in business. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, will never use this facility again. Have also informed my insurance company of the terrible service, and called corporate enterprise to file a complaint with them.
