  Reserved a car a week in advance and confirmed again the day before with both corporate and the local branch. I was told my car would be there. Two hours before pickup, the same employee who confirmed my reservation called to say they no longer had a car because it was given to another branch. I contacted corporate three times and was told the issue would be escalated and someone would call me back. That never happened. Afterward, I learned this same situation happened to friends of mine the week before at this same location, so this clearly isn’t a one-off mistake. What’s the point of taking reservations if you don’t honor them? Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue, because this location clearly has a recurring problem.

  The staff at the Bayville Enterprise are great and easy to work with. I have rented a few cars and trucks from them and the service is always superb!

  Dealing with the Bayville branch was an awful experience since the person answering the phone didn’t give his name but instead argued with me and then hung up the phone on me. Whether you were willing to explain to me what I did not understand did not give you the right to speak to me the way you did nor hang up the phone on me. JOE was extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. A terrible way to conduct a business. COREY from corporate did nothing to apologize for his actions or behavior. Shame on them.

  It was fast, easy, and like the commercial says, they picked me up :)
