They sold me some kind of fuse block and when I asked if they could help me out with it, they told me they weren't authorized. Instead, one of them suggested I use arm signals out of the window....are you kidding me? So not only was the service horrible, but they couldn't even offer to come out to my car and even point me in the right direction. Pretty lame for a brand new store barely open for a month when there's an Autozone right down the road, whose employees will at least come out to your car and try to help, even if they can't. Awful service, think I'm gonna skip all auto advanced and stick to Autozone. Not the worst experience ever but hardly the amount of customer experience and common courtesy one would expect when entering any store/buisniess

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
