  Excellent staff! The front office young lady was super friendly, kind and informative. After having an issue with my first windshield had to return to get an OEM windshield. Staff was able to take care of it and recalibrate the vehicle as well. Very happy with the result. Thank you Safelite staff!!!

  Highly recommend Safelite in Bayonne. Easy set up, dropped off car and paid before I left. Ca was completed in less than 2 hours. Great people that I dealt with. They explained the process and what to do in the best few days. You are in good hands with them. A bad situation that was fixed and with great help

  Did not properly screw in the mirror trim and door jam molding. The mirror trim was loose, and I had to drive back 40 minutes to fix it. When he showed me the completed work, the mirror trim was still loose and not flush against the glass. He stated that because it’s not original Tesla glass, that’s as good as it’s going to get, and it will be loose. He told me I shouldn’t put any downward pressure on it. I explained that when I use the magnetic sunvisors, it will probably become looser, and I showed him that pushing down with pressure makes it looser, which it did. Then he blamed me and said I broke it. He refused to touch it because he claims I broke it. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard—blaming the customer for something that wasn’t reinstalled properly. Shame on you.
