  Really poor customer service and false advertisement. I reserved a vehicle over 12hr prior to pick up atto about $97. Took public transportation and literally got a call before I walked onto the store saying do I have a $300 deposit because otherwise I could not get a rental. I informed the girl a deposit was never mentioned on the site, and why am I getting this call almost 10am notifying me when you guys been open since 8am? I waited till I got paid and reserved again so I could shorten my commute to work. This time I get another call 10mins before I arrived which was expected this time. When I get in she says I can’t get a rental without a utility bill. I have no utility bill in my name, utilities are covered by my wife and all in her name. She works from home and don’t even have a license so again I could not get a rental. I’m completely done with enterprise if I ever need a rental. I went elsewhere to get my rental

  I had zero problems with my vehicle. Valeria provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She handled all the customers professionally and efficiently, and you can tell she truly cares about her work. She is a natural leader and made the entire experience a great one. Thank you, Valeria, for such a wonderful experience!

  they’re supposed to make the rental experience exceptional but they fell far short of that. counter was left unmanned. umpteenth number of phone calls asking to return the car due to a safety recall yet when I scheduled to return no one answers the phone. maybe they’re understaffed, maybe they’re incompetent, maybe they’re busy who knows. I know they had no idea how to print a receipt so you can make your own judgments from that.

  I rented a car from this facility for a week. My rental ended Saturday.3/14/26…. I just wanna start by saying that Val ….Roberto and Nico are the best in the business. Their professionalism really shines through…. From the moment I entered their facility to the minute I left all my needs were taken care of 🫵🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽👍🏾 not only were they very helpful and tentative along with being understanding to my needs they were in a good mood, laughing and joking with myself any each other…. It’s very rare that you enter or patronize a facility where the workers are getting a long laughing, not only enjoying each other but respecting each other …it was all hands on deck to get me to my Rent-A-Car and on my way…. Picking up my rental car was a breeze as well as returning it if I could give them 10 stars, thank you so much. I look forward to doing business with enterprise in Bayonne in the future.

  I want to specifically recognize Nico, the manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Bayonne, for delivering one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, Nico went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. He greeted me with a positive attitude, took the time to clearly explain the rental process, and made sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. Even though the location was busy, he stayed calm, organized, and focused on making sure every customer felt taken care of. What really stood out was Nico’s leadership and attention to detail. It was obvious that he sets a high standard for his team and leads by example. The office was well run, the process was efficient, and the entire experience felt seamless. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and the success of the branch. Employees and managers like Nico are exactly why customers continue to choose Enterprise. His professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly reflect the values of the company. Enterprise is very lucky to have Nico managing the Bayonne location. He absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he is doing.
