  Excellent from start to finish. Have used them many years ago and I was very happy so I chose to use them again. And once again, I was very pleased with the service and staff. Would recommend them to everyone

  This store provided the worst Auto Glass service I have ever experienced. They lack basic customer service and after-sales support. I had a cracked windshield for my Hyundai Palisade Collagraphy SUV, and on the first visit @ 01/06/2026, they replaced it with an aftermarket glass. Their unqualified technicians failed to calibrate the sensors after more than 4 hours and rescheduled me for 10 days later to replace the glass with an OEM one, as they lacked the expertise for high-tech calibration on high-end vehicles. I wasted 4 hours waiting while they drove my vehicle for over 2 hours unnecessarily. Additionally, their technicians broke my dashcam and the original glass sensor cover.

  Technician was great. Called me when he was on his way to give me a heads up. When he arrived he gave me an estimated time that the service would be complete and completed it within that time period. Very nice guy. 10/10 service.

  Easy to schedule, more importantly, easy to change your times if something pops up. Very friendly and clean, waiting room. 2 hour wait for a windshield seemed long but might have been busy that day. May want to plan to drop it off. Great easy experience all around.

  I understand the long wait times before the snowstorm. What I did not appreciate was that they broke my odb2 port and did not tell me. I found out later when I tried to plug my dashcam back in. Next time I think I will pay the premium to get it done at the dealership and save myself the headache of additional repairs. Will not be back to the Bayonne location.
