I made an appointment online, a Mavis employee called me shortly after to confirm the appointment. I arrived on time and was told that there was a couple of people in front of me. Thinking maybe 30 minutes or so....2 HOURS WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT! Make an appointment at any other business, do you expect to wait for 2 hours. I will never attempt to use there service again, and for anyone else...if you have nothing to do and want to hang out in a waiting room for 2-3 hours before they start working on your vehicle, go to the Bayonne location to spend your day, with plenty of sarcastic attitude.

I came in for 4 tire replacements at 3pm and was told it would take 2 hours. I go home and around 5pm I call and ask for an update. They tell me to start heading over because it would be done by then so that’s what I do. I arrive and when I’m there I see my car on the lift with all the wheels off. They tell me that they’re working on it and when I explained that I was told to head over now the man told me that they were looking for the tires in the shop since it got lost with other shipments and that he thought the technician would be working on it by then. I let it be and end up waiting TWO MORE HOURS at the shop. Basically they weren’t doing anything between the time of 3-5 while I was at home. I understand things might take longer but lying to me and saying that it would done by the time I arrived is unacceptable. When they finally finish I drive off and I start hearing a thumping coming from one of the tires. I get home and see there is a whole nail stuck in the tire. I immediately go back and ask for a replacement and they tell me that they have to order another tire. I tell them to at least patch it for which they agreed and thankfully it was discovered that then nail did not puncture the tire as it was just stuck in between the tread. Regardless, there was such a lack of professionalism. I would avoid going here.
