After significant difficulties dealing with Enterprise 'Roadside Assistance’ I spoke with Thomas about my issue. He went above and beyond to not only get me a replacement vehicle but to deliver it to me at work. In general, my opinion of Enterprise has diminished over the past few years. That opinion does not carry through to the Basking Ridge office. Thank you, Thomas.
