I usually go to advance since their staff are courteous, but this advance has staff that don’t even know how to give me my online order that is already paid for and on the shelf right behind them. The woman that works there is high every time I’ve gone. The managers are also angry and unhelpful. I asked for a bolt while I was there and the woman shrugged, walked away, and said she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I asked the manager who told me I was asking for something that didn’t exist and rudely told me to go away. I then showed them the item I was asking for in the app and that it was available in this very store. He went and got the bolt and tossed it at me then walked away. The local autozone will now get my business instead.
