This light was not on prior to the service. I returned to the shop to address this new issue and explained that there had been no brake problems before the service was completed. While I was speaking with the employee who had initially assisted me, another staff member interrupted the conversation and rudely stated that “things happen” and that there was nothing they could do. I paid $415 for this service and left with a new, unresolved issue that was not noted in my initial inspection report. While the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was polite and offered a discount on a future oil change, this does not resolve the current problem. Given this experience, I am not comfortable returning my vehicle for additional service. Who knows what else could happen if they do an oil change since things happen when they work on your vehicle here as so they say. In my opinion, this situation was handled unprofessionally. I am now forced to pay to diagnose and repair an issue that appeared immediately after your service, with no accountability taken.
