- RHRon HooverAug 19, 20251.0Took our 2018 Audi SQ5 to this location for an oil change. The workers did not properly install the under carriage oil pan protector to the car. While driving down the road it ripped off and tore the entire under carriage protection piece off the vehicle. The GM of the location admitted to us that this was their fault and that they would fix the situation... THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. We took the car to the dealership and got a quote to fix the vehicle. Upon providing them with that quote the "DISTRACT MANAGER" - KENNY FLEMING , of TEAM CAR CARE,LLC/JIFFY LUBE told us he would take care of the bill and send us a check. THE check has never arrived and we have now since been ghosted by Kenny Fleming and the management of JIFFY LUBE. After multiple attempts to contact them Kenny had the audacity to act like he didn't know who we were and has purposely ignored us. Horrible business operations considering we had been going to this location for a while. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE AT THIS LOCATION.
