- KBKevon ByrdDec 8, 20241.0This is the worst thing that anyone could ever get in their car. I wish j could give no stars. There is NO customer service whatsoever. They charge you for the lockouts and stuff but they dont make it easy for you to pay it. The first lockout i received actually wasnt my fault and tried to call intoxalock and got no reply or answer from thr customer service. Plus the device doesnt work when it’s too cold or too hot. So dont expect to drive if it’s cold or hot out lol.
