What i didn't know is that they have next to customer service available to deal with issues and there is little accountability across the organization. I was originally scheduled for the Monday following the Friday that I called for a quote. I had received a quote for 477+tax but was told that the recycling fee (39.99) would be waived as I did not have a windshield to recycle as it had been broken out. This would have brought my total much lower. Over the week end my appointment was rescheduled as they said some one “forgot to order” the glass needed for my repair. They pushed it to the Tuesday morning at 8am after I had to argue to get it. When they rescheduled they changed my quote. Increased it and added another recycling fee i stead of removing it. When I arrived for my appointment that Tuesday the manager tried to argue with me about there being bits of glass that still had to be recycled, but finally conceded and removed the additional recycling fee but would not honor the original quote. Please make sure if you use this company that you are aware of these fees and tactics used to get you for more.
