  I had an emergency tire issue where the tire was leaking air on my way to a work conference. I left my car over night and they repaired the tire the next morning.

  Wow tried to get a price and the Middle Eastern lady was not educated enough to answer any questions and gave blanket replies...paused for EVER! COULDN'T GET AN ANSWER HORRIBLE customer service maybe have an educated employee answer the phone?

  CROOKS!!! I came here initially for front brakes and had a great experience. Vishesh was kind, professional, and got me in and out quickly. Because of that positive experience, I trusted this shop and returned after my daughter was in an accident that crushed my muffler. Unfortunately, this second visit was the complete opposite. The mechanic I dealt with was rude and dismissive. He kept my car for three days without calling to inform me it would be held that long—I had to repeatedly contact the shop just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car after paying $1,400, the exhaust was still extremely loud and sounded unfixed. When I questioned this, I was told the exhaust was “louder” and needed to be “broken in,” which didn’t make sense but I trusted their explanation at the time. A week later, the noise was still not right, so I brought the car back. I was then told that the exhaust hangers had broken and were welded. When I asked for clarification, I was informed—casually—that this was essentially a patch job and that they didn’t know how long the weld would last. This was never explained to me before or during the repair, and I was never told I was paying full price for a temporary fix. I sought a second opinion elsewhere, and they confirmed the work was unacceptable. They showed me photos of the repair, including putty used on a broken exhaust component, and advised that the job was not done properly for the amount charged. I trusted this shop based on my first experience, and that trust was misplaced. Lack of communication, lack of transparency, and poor-quality work after a major repair cost is deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place for any mechanical work.
