Called this establishment at 3:14pm to make an appointment , got the cell center , made the appointment for 6:30pm that same day ( the store “ closed “ at 7pm ) , however , that’s false advertising , apparently they make their own hours and rules , I get there at 6:14pm , most of the lights were off , I attempt to walk in , the door was locked , the guy in the office comes unlocks and opens the door and says “ can I help you “ I say “ yes I have an appointment for 6:30 “ , I then explain the type of appointment , he says “ the guy just left , it'll take me 45 minutes to do that , I’m not doing it come back tomorrow “ , then closes the door and locks it ! I have a family emergency situation at 6am tomorrow morning which is over an hour away ( which is why I called during normal hours for businesses ) now , I’m left to figure out how to get my tire situation fixed . I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but I HAD TO , I’m FUMING ! 😡
- TBTony BrownDec 5, 20254.0I was in need of some new tires especially because it was raining and I had a long way to go so I decided to stop at Mr. Tire I paid $396 for two tires. I think that was expensive but I really had no choice. The guy never showed me the tires I was buying and I never asked to see them. He put the tires on and I hoped in my car and drove off. The tires were great in the rain and I never looked to see what I had bought until I got home. When I looked I was disappointed because he had put truck tires on the front of my car. When I was driving home I did notice the ride was different and I just choked it up as the rain was the cause. I would have never thought that he would have put truck tires on my car. Now that I have them and I’m stuck with them I have to get my tires rotated so I can put them in the back, so it’s gonna cost me more money.
