I spoke with Alex Deitch in the Absecon location and he immediately arranged a car rental as well as a pick up time that was in less than 30 minutes. I was picked up as promised by a man named Alan who greeted me with a warm smile despite having to come at the last minute and deal with snow filled roads. His kind manner and personality made the ride very enjoyable. When we arrived at the office, Alex went over everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the rental car. Both Alex and Alan were incredible and they completely turned a stressful situation around. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism.
