- MTMelissa ThomasDec 31, 20251.0I ordered a part via online then drive 30 min to get to the store for them to tell me that they "cant find it". One guy working the whole store while trying to find my part and dealing with a line of 7 people behind me. We then order again to have it delivered to the house but it never gets delivered. We call and they say its marked for pickup so once again, no part. We then think we have it resolved when we spoke to a woman who said it will be shipped to the Absecon store within the day. We then get a call saying good news the part has been delivered to this store...we even checked the phone number to be sure it matched the store. We drive to the store AGAIN and these people tell us its NOT there again even though we got a call that it was at the store. Through this all, no one seemed that they wanted to assist at all....they just throw their hands up and just say its not here oh well. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service! Get it together
- GRGulrez RanaDec 26, 20251.0I went to store 7:30 this morning lady sales person had on special customer in the store and doors were locked after 20 min she let that special customer go and told me wait more 10 min in empty store we were 3 customers waiting in the parking lot and all left of deal like this never will have special people in the store and locked the doors please change your opening timings why call people and let them wait half hours This very incompetent way of doing business
- LLLandon LandonDec 21, 20251.0This autozone gave us all the wrong parts. The only thing they gave us right was the rear pads. The rear caliper was wrong, the rear rotors were wrong for 2013 Honda, accord.
- JSJose SantiagoOct 31, 20251.0So call shift manager “Steve” at Absecon Autozone was very rude and disrespectful, I have opened this store , I was one of first customers very first day they opened it. I have a Commercial Account with Autozone for over 10 years and I’ve never been disrespected yet threatened to be beat up by an Employee. Tough guy is going to be tough guy until tough guy meets tough. Rob is a very great person and he is the only reason I keep going back to that Absecon store. It starts from the top “Mr.Rodriguez”.
