  I had the pleasure of being attended by Janelle. I had called before hand to let them know what service I was looking for and she told me to swing by so that they could assess my car better. She could tell that I was a little confused and explained everything very well. She told me it would be an hour wait and also let me know what I was able to hangout with her while I waited for my car. I’m so glad I came to this location. The entire staff was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire today. I came in with a screw in my tire, and Joe was incredibly helpful from the start. He got me in with a last-minute appointment and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The service was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I really appreciate the team getting me back on the road so fast. Highly recommend!

  Local shop in Aberdeen NJ was great at working through scheduling problems that were a result of the Mavis website. Seems that reservation time booked on the website is really only a reservation to get the work done that day. That would have been helpful information to know in advance.

  4/17/26. Scheduled an appointment for tired which should have been about $583. Dropped car off an hour early. Joe said 2 hours. I call at 11:45 am for an update to be greeted with attitude. “I’m really busy! It’ll be ready at 1:45 pm!” I asked what happened to 2 hours which he replies “when do you want it”. I’m confused. I had an appointment. Also he informs me that a wheel alignment will be $89.99 and charges me $119.99 plus labor. Communication is nonexistent with Joe I guess. Also I received a printed receipt for someone else. Luckily my receipt was emailed. No explanation of the provided service just attitude. $797.83 later ….
