After explaining what had occurred previously, Gail at the front desk was genuinely apologetic and sympathetic even though it was not her store with whom I had the issue. She did right by honoring the prorated tread wear warranty and applied it to my purchase. She was also very knowledgeable and personable as our conversation transcended just a business transaction. This was the epitome of exemplary customer service. Apparently not all Mavis’ are created equal.
