This visit was another great experience, and Joe once again stood out with excellent service. He is a clear and proactive communicator, knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently easy to work with. This time I had larger, heavy-duty tires installed on my Ford F-250, which are known to be more challenging to mount and balance due to their size, stiffness, and load rating. Joe and the team handled the install properly, took their time, and made sure everything was done right. The tires were mounted and balanced correctly, pressures were discussed and set appropriately, and the truck drives smooth with no vibration. It is obvious this team understands trucks, not just cars, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Because of the quality of the work and Joe’s professionalism, I will continue to come to this Mavis location and would recommend it without hesitation.
