I attempted to ask him to back up a little bit but he ignored me so I asked my neighbor to ask him to move which he did but still blocked our driveway. My wife came home and had to park down the street. I noticed the tech was on the phone for the whole repair. I know I can’t focus 100% at my job while being distracted. If I ever need this type of work I’ll try another company.

The windshield came out fine but I had so much damage done to my car when I picked it up I had scratches on the inside of my car and outside of my car. I showed them pictures and they basically said nothing they can do. Now I have to pay out of my pocket for damage they did while fixing my car. The mess he made as also ridiculous I had to clean my whole car when I got home the dirt footprints and everything else.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I called around and got multiple quotes this one was the highest of them all sitting at $1,000 to replace my windshield and I was told it could cost more after they start the job. What good is a quote if it’s going to change during service? I told the representative that I had other quotes that are hundreds of dollars cheaper and she magically got the price down about $200. I ended up taking my car to Manchester Auto Glass instead and got the same service for $370 and they did a beautiful job and were so pleasant to deal with. SHOP AROUND.
