  I’ve had 20 years of good service at this store. Every employee on site has always been excellent. The new corporate system to make appointments could make me change who I do business with. The poor store had 2 techs and 1 desk person and your system allowed 32 appointments! I was here 6 1/2 hours even though I made an appointment weeks in advance. This is unacceptable!

  Impossible to get in touch with the actual store owner/workers, every call goes to a call center, then they say they'll transfer you to the store, then nobody picks up and the voicemail box is full. I was told I'd get a call back twice and never did. The people at the call center can't even answer basic questions like how long the appointments will take or how much installation costs, nor can they cancel your appointments without messaging the store first. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, which ultimately led me to look elsewhere for my new tires.

  I made an appointment by phone to have my snow tires put on. It was scheduled for 10:30AM. When I arrived there were many people waiting and I was advised to return at 2:30PM. The work began after 3:00 and finished after 5:00. When I inquired as to the delay I was informed that the phone scheduler was in the Philippines serving the overall company, not the specific site. Indeed they had 54 appointments set up for the day, way more than they could have completed. That said, the personnel were very courteous and the work was well done.

  The guys at Tire Warehouse are great and they did do the job eventually but at 10:30 appointment that get you out of there at 6:30 at night it's just crazy. I got there at 9:30 in the morning for a 10:30 appointment they said oh no worries come back around 2:00 around 1:30 they called me to say come back now because we'll get you in and I didn't leave there until 6:30.

  ​Zero Stars: Appointment Dishonored, Customer Service Non-Existent I scheduled my appointment a full week in advance. Upon arrival, I was immediately told there would be a 4-hour wait. After 3 hours, I was promised I would be "the next car in." After waiting 4.5 hours, I was informed it would be another hour. ​There were no concessions for having a scheduled appointment, and staff repeatedly provided misleading updates. When I voiced my frustration, the response I received was effectively, "good luck finding someone else." ​This is a complete failure of scheduling and customer service. Not only will I never return to this location or any Monroe-affiliated business, but I will actively advise others to take their business elsewhere.
