  These guys are totally a ripoff. I purchased a trailer tire from them took the old tire and rim to them. I was given a price for a new tire ($65) and when I went to pay it was $115. When I questioned it I was told it was labor charge for mounting the tire I bought from them. I’m a disabled veteran and have never been charged to mount a tire that I bought from them. I am pissed as I was never told that there would be a charge to mount the tire that I bought from them! I am pissed and feel I was taken advantage of and I will never do business with this company ever again and I highly recommend that you should avoid this business!!!!

  Awful, spent 7 hours there, with an appointment!!! Along with 5 other people. Was only to have tires swapped. Your call center sets up appointments based on what the customer wants, not what the center can handle. Can you imagine 7 hours in a dirty tire business waiting room. Not even a TV to watch. Never again

  I came in on a Sunday after finding a flat tire and driving on a spare. I had no appointment only a wish and a prayer. Customer service could not have been any better. Was expecting a long wait but was in and out in no time. Walked out the door with both service techs and my car was in front with the door open. We have used Tire Warehouse for many years and they have not disappointed us. Their service on Sunday was above and beyond!

  YOU WILL NEVER TALK TO A HUMAN OTHER THAN CALL SRVC TO SCHEDULE. The best thing I can say about these guys is they were "nice". That doesn't really help much when they tell you, they can get a tire for you by Tuesday and to have your Truck towed there on Friday w/a flat. Sat there through the weekend. No one calls back, finally showed up and they tell me they aren't sure if/when a tire will arrive. I have to call roadside assistance to get a spare put on at the tire store and then go across town to another shop who can get the job done. I would seek another store unless they have the tires in stock and you don't need to be able to reach them by phone. 0 initiative on their part to connect with me or keep me up to date while my truck was in their care.

  I used the online portal to book the appointment. Which allowed me to pick the next day for an appointment. I booked for 11AM the next day. I followed the online instruction to call ahead before my appointment to confirm my tires were on site. I was sent to an answering service. They told me someone from the store would call me back. West Lebanon NH location. I didn’t get a call back for hours. I called multiple times requesting a call back leaving my phone number and also leaving my email. I got no response. I sent my wife there the next day. She was there on time and waited for the tires to be changed over. We were told they would be about 4 hours. We didn’t get our vehicle back until 7PM. No one is at the desk when you get there. When you do meet someone they have no idea what’s going on until they look at the screen to confirm the appointment. They don’t communicate with anyone with the answering service. I was given a price online. I had to pay almost 300 dollars more than what the online deal was. Terrible experience. I will never go back to this facility or recommend them to anyone in the future. Do better.
