Negative interaction with rude service manager, was very unprofessional. More details below: Price not disclosed beforehand, and it's annoying since this more than double the last oil change I had at Pronto, $70, which was also faster and included fluid top off. I can live with the price gouge, but... Getting a receipt from the Lebanon location was impossible. First they told me they were out of ink, so it couldn't be done. The then offered to email it to me. After 10 minutes, I went back and was told "it takes awhile". One week later, no receipt, but TWO satisfaction surveys. Lol. Returned again, and was initially told they still had no ink and that couldn't control Staples. Only was given a blurry picture of their monitor after a somewhat confrontational and rude interaction with their manager(?), in front of customers. I will not be going back, and advising my anyone who cares to listen to go anywhere else.

It was 20 minutes before closing, and after understanding my issue the tech did not hesitate to help me. Not only did he help (and reassured me that my tires would get to winter) he stayed after closing and didn’t charge me. As a new college grad with lots of debt, I couldn’t have been more grateful. Not only did he help me, he calmed another young woman who had just run over a curb and destroyed her tire. The customer service was above and beyond I would not hesitate to go back.
