  Rented a car in conjunction with Collision Works in White River. Was the third person in line and it seemed from the start that they were unaware that there were three of us. Ended up with a Toyota Tacoma that had obviously been sitting in the Collision Works parking lot for days if not weeks. Where to start? Front and sides covered with mud and dead bugs, bird crap on the windshield and dog or cat food on the floor in both the front and back. Rep was pleasant enough but seemed unfazed by the condition the car was in, like this was normal. To top it off he wrote out the other two contracts on top of mine so that all I got were unreadable hieroglyphics in all blocks of my contract. Ball dropped badly somewhere in this transaction!
