    Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Installing 4 new tires took over an hour. Thought that was a little long. Staff were all business.

    Jared was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He got me in for an appointment even though the online appointment scheduling system didn’t notify him that the appointment was confirmed. (5 stars for him and the team) While the online scheduler “Karen” was friendly, I didn’t like being duped that they were actually on site in West Chesterfield, NH.

    It was a simple tire rotation so not much to report. I did need to schedule an appointment but was just two hours later. The reason I gave a 4 star is the bantering back and forth between the staff.

    Low tire pressure warning came on when we were 125 miles from home. A "good Samaritan" aware of our dilemma told us of the tire center where "one of those folks will be glad to help you." Indeed, two of them helped us. One checked each tire and brought it up (or down, in one case) to the correct pressure. Another reset the warning signal 20 minutes later after we had driven several miles with the warning signal still on. All this gratis. We were certainly lucky to be in that neighborhood.
