  Service at Brattleboro Tire was excellent. 2 brand new tires and very fast service. Couldn't have been better. 😃

  These guys have always been so nice to me. I appreciate them so much. Tire Warehouse needs to fix the number that takes you to a call center in India that has no connection to their actual schedule and gives you an appointment they can't fulfill once you get there.

  Nice folks, but scheduling needs some work. I made an appointment several days in advance for 1:30pm just to put my snow tires on. I didn't leave the place until 4:15pm, which I thought was ridiculous. Work on the scheduling process folks!

  Signed up for an appointment and showed up and discovered that my online appointment had not gone through and I had to come back a week later. I patiently came back a week later, got tires changed, but got in the can and they had thrown four wet, dirty tires in without any bags. Mud all over the back of my clean van and grease prints on my door, grease on my steering wheel and a dirty Kleenex on my steering wheel column. If you care about the interior of your vehicle this ain’t the place to go. Very disappointing.

  Well. Now I know. I made an appointment with one of the guys working there, not through the animated system. The tires I was quoted weren't in stock but I was assured that the truck would be delivering them the day of my appointment. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm my appointment time. The guy said that he couldn't find me in the system. Didn't know what to tell me and they didn't have the tires I needed. I put my assertive hat on. I told them this was their mistake for not correctly putting in my appointment. They then said they had found me in the system, but the truck wasn't in yet and there was no way to guarantee my tires were on there. I explained to them that if I order food for my store, I expect the food will show up on the Sysco truck. It felt like maybe they didn't order the tires and were trying to cover each other's backs. I told them I was on my way already and was going to make it to my originally planned appointment. Mind you I had rearranged my whole day to make this work and desperately needed these tires as mine were bald. When I got there a guy in the parking lot told me the truck had come and they got my tires. I sat in the waiting room, watching the rats running back and forth through the tires, with 5 other frustrated people. When it was done, he charged me and I left. It was cheaper then estimated, but I didn't think much of it. Eager to get out of there. Yesterday I thought to check the tires. They are the wrong size, and not the brand I had ordered! I've been trying to call them to get this cleared up, but no response. I never leave reviews, positive or negative. I get it. There are hard days. But this was very poorly managed.
