  Very professional..2x ive crack my windshield...used giant for first and they didnt use the right adhesive....1.800.54giant who! Safelight is so much better!..I had a small rock hit window during a high wind even. Really keep the Jingle in mind!!! "Safelight repair safelight replace" the location in Tilton did a great job on my 1st location visit and it didn't take long for them to do. Thank you Tilton Safelight!!

  The worst auto glass company I have ever come across. They missed my first appointment, rescheduled me for the following day. They show up and remove windshield and tell me they can't put my windshield back until I clean up the surface rust. They leave, I had it cleaned up, primed and painted by the end of the day. I call back to reschedule and I'm told that they have nothing until Wednesday. The guy I was talking to is there manager Drew. He talking to me like he's doing me some favor by rescheduling me for Wednesday. I asked if there was any way they could get here quicker because of the weather?Like a smart-ass he said, 'well I can schedule for Friday' I said 'no I'll take Wednesday.' Now mind this is the third day I have taken off from work to have this windshield replaced. So right now I'm at a loss of about $600. So Tuesdays the manager Drew calls and confirms the appointment. Now Wednesday is here, I got a call from the technician, thinking he was going give a 2 hour window. But he starts telling me that he has been overscheduled and he doesn't think that he's going to make it today. So once again I will have to reschedule my appointment to have my windshield put in. I live in New Hampshire we are in November, we have weather, rain, snow and sleet. Which in the last couple of days we have gotten rain and snow. And the only thing I have over where my windshield is supposed to be is a freaking tarp. So I get off the phone with the technician, I call customer service, they give me a hard time. The lady on the phone suddenly listening to me go off about this, at this point I'm becoming a raving lunatic. The phone went dead for about 5 minutes, the lady come back on the phone said her computer stopped working, she had to reboot it. Under her breath she said 'obviously not long enough'. Then she said she was going to elevate this to someone higher up, so she transfers me to another person, I got through the entire again and all she could do is reschedule me again. At this point, my anger and blood pressure is through mthe roof, I can't believe you treat your customers like this, I want a full refund. She said I would receive a refund, so I will have to wait and see. I wish I could give them no stars because that what they deserve. Terrible company, I will never used them again. Unbelievably unreliable. They definitely need better people working there. My bad experience has been with all of they employees. So now, I have no windshield in my van. I have to wait for my refund. This is completely unacceptable for a company to treat there customers like this...
