  There isn’t much I can say that is positive. I rarely give negative reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. I’m sick and tired of poor customer service. There seem to be fewer and fewer people who care anymore. Our situation was entirely out of our control. Our vehicle was damaged during a repair with a nationwide, well known, reputable company, that was supposed to be a same day fix. The company offered to get us a rental until the repair could be finished. Upon arriving we were treated like a sore thumb. Like we were an inconvenience. We needed a rental equal to the vehicle we own since the repair was expected to be lengthy and we had a trip to make (from New Hampshire to Alabama and back). We understood that with it being a last minute issue that it may take some maneuvering around but the woman who was helping us offered a Santa Fe or a truck (one that had yet to be cleaned). Neither would work for us and when we stated that she just looked at us like “well what do you want me to do?” There was no “let’s see how we can make this work” kind of attitude. It was “what you see is what you get.” When she wanted our credit or debit card, we said no. The representative from the reputable company offered to pay and put his card on file. She refused. We left with a dirty truck that she didn’t even offer to have cleaned for us. She just said she couldn’t get around to it that way so take it or leave it. I’d like to suggest your company look into a policy where a 3rd party, repeatable and responsible company can take on the responsibility covering the rental in situations like this. We are here from out of town, with one vehicle, while my husband works a 13 week contract. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen customer service lacking like it was this day. I would like to suggest you have employees take courses in proper customer service. Because this was not the way to do it. Let me tell you…I was grateful for the person who reached out to a body shop and was able to make this a rush order so that we could get our car back before we had to take our trip. Which included needing to take our pet. We couldn’t leave her alone for 6 days. I suggest you reconsider your pet policy for times like these. And no. We did not put our pet in your rental vehicle thanks to the company that was working with us on our repair. THAT company showed excellent customer service. Yours could use some lessons from them.

  They wont accept a cash app card even tho it’s considered a debit card. They have an account number and a routing number so it’s considered a checking account. Enterprise says its a prepaid card even tho its a visa debit card. They also over explain when its not needed. I will never go here again for a car if this is the experience i will have. Its not worth it
