    Nice staff. We were lucky enough to have quick service. Good location. East to find. They gave us a few options at various prices for a tire that couldn't be repaired.

    I was traveling through town and discovered a nearly flat tire on the car I was towing. I aired up the tire and drove to Sullivan upon the recommendation of a local. The desk employee said it would be a 45 minute wait. No problem there! To their credit, they got to me in about 15 minutes! However, once they removed the wheel it took them an hour and 20 minutes to patch a tire!! My local tire shop would have patched more than 5 tires during that time! I have removed and patched 18 wheeler tires on the side highway using only hand tools in a lot less time than that! I don’t know if New Hampshire has overburdened these shops with labor laws, or if the employee is actually that slow, but you guys need to pick up the pace back there. Also, the guys at the front desk could act maybe a little bit friendly, instead of robots doing a job they don’t like. The two stars are for getting me in quicker than expected and the tire holding air after the repair.

    I was able to get a quick appointment for an oil change. They called me with some minor issues found so I could make an informed decision as to what I wanted to do. Very friendly. Very fortunate for me that I live 5 minutes away from the facility! The family has been using the company for years with no problems. They are forthcoming with what needs to be done & the pricing is always upfront.
