I sent my sister into the shop to get work done on her car and it wasn’t until recently when I found out that they told her that “her brother was nice, but had a few screws loose”. She was not impressed to say the least, and will not be going back. I understand garage talk, but I think it’s highly inappropriate to be saying this to a family member that was referred by said sibling. This was my go to shop, but now it’s under consideration, as that sort of character makes me question how great the customer service truly was behind the scenes. They still had very reasonable pricing and open availability.

Initially, the manager could not find them through normal distribution channels, however he went above and beyond to locate them at an alternative vendor about 2 hours away. They picked them up and drove them to the Stratham store for me, and I was on site early Saturday morning for installation, well ahead of the forthcoming snowstorm. The best part: The out the door price was better was extremely competitive! I will be back to Monro Stratham again for any tire needs.
