  The mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Literally didn't know how to simply open a bleeder valve on a caliper. I have brand new pads, calipers and slotted/drilled rotors on a 2003 Ford Lightning with 50k miles. I told the front desk guy and the mechanic that I just needed the bleeder valve opened to purge some brake fluid due to a sticky caliper because the truck sat all winter. They brought the truck on the lift and looked at it. Then suggested I pay over $1,000 to replace, brake pads, calipers and rotors. I told them that they don't know what they're doing and pointed out the new parts and told them to feel my rotors, they are brand new and smooth as glass. They said it was just a safety precaution. I told them no that's not what this is, crack open the bleeder valve and purge some brake fluid, your just trying to screw me and I also work on vehicles, this is a custom truck and I did a lot of the work. They shut up and I drove off. Do not give these frauds any business, especially not at the Somersworth, NH location next to Walmart.
