  I have been a regular to this location and was always satisfied. But this last visit was a total opposite. The guy that helped me at the counter was very unfriendly. There was no selection, he only wanted to sell me Goodyears. And while I waited almost 2 hours for them to replace my tires, with only 1 customer ahead of me. During that time, the unfriendly clerk went outside and started having a sweating fight with a co-worker/ employee. I will not be returning again.

  Lied to me about having a tire in stock because he couldn't just look and made me drive 2 and 1/2 hours for nothing. Charged me to put the new tire in the car but I had to do it myself in a Sandy parking lot by digging down under the tire to pull it off instead of going up. 230 dollars means it was $55 to take a tire off the rim and put a new tire on it. Obviously I wasn't driving there third day in a row just because they didn't reset the TPMS which they charged for. Anyways there's a Town Fair tire in the same town go there don't waste your money here.

  While my local tire warehouse was quick and able to do the job I needed. I had called ahead of time and was quoted a price that was half of what they charged me when I went in the store. They said that the price quote was done through a call center in the Philippines and therefore they don’t have the correct information but I was charged double but I was expecting to pay. Unfortunately, because I was in a bind I didn’t have any other choice. I find this questionable and disturbing and it should be corrected in their messaging. If the price that I paid was actually the real price that’s fine. It was still reasonable however it’s not what I was quoted, and it was not what I was prepared to spend when I drove to the location to have Work done. I’m super disappointed. . I find this to be not OK and as much as I like the convenience of my local store will definitely consider other pricing before I go back. If you’re going to outsource your messaging and price quoting, it needs to be accurate because showing up and being asked to pay double of what was quoted by phone is not OK

  The only thing that was good was how fast we got an appointment for getting new tires mounted and balanced on a weekend but other than that it was incredibly overpriced and not only that the tires they took off were super dry rotted they did not think to replace the valve stem and now the tire holds no air at all

  Was quoted 700$ if I booked an appointment and came in same day . When checked out was charged 776$ and was told it was the call services mistake not theirs ! Horrible customer service to say one thing and do another. Not impressed will never return
