- CMChris MagoonJan 30, 20265.0My vehicle felt like all my tires were flat, but when I used my pressure gauge tool they all read fine. The tires also looked a little flat, but it was extremely cold. I walked in to Tire Warehouse and tried to get some help. The guy at the desk offered to come out and take a look. Told me my tires were fine, that there was ice in the wheels from the last snowstorm and that can feel like the tire is going flat. He went in all four wheels and got out as much ice as he could and told me the rest would fall out as I drive and then feel normal (he was right). He spent a lot of time out on a very cold day trying to help a guy who just walked in and he didn’t charge me anything, so I just wanted to publicly say “Thank You.”

I know, I was surprised too, trust me. I get there, wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk, even though someone is sitting there and won’t acknowledge anyone is in the room. Then told they don’t have the tires, or any tires that will fit my truck at all. Wasted 2 hours of my day. Even better is the guy says it happens all the time.
