He immediately noticed an error in the ordering of the parts needed for the repair. He also noted errors in the paperwork processed for the repairs. James saved me $400 because a part was ordered that was not needed. Mike, the mechanic, did an excellent job installing the entire muffler system. Mike was very knowledgeable. The three men on duty, James, Mike, and Rocco, were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job and saved me money. Thank you guys!!!

Mario the manager that works up front is awesome. The mechanic is not. Had a steering light come on and the mechanic without even looking at the car tried telling me what the issue was because he has 40 years experience... After requesting numerous times to have them actually look at it, he takes less than a 5 minute “look” and throws a price tag of $3500 for a BUNCH of work. The manager helped me bring it down a bit but I felt like something was off. Brought it to a new mechanic one thing needed replacing cost me about 500$ and the guy took a few hours just checking what the problem was. Won’t be back anytime soon while that mechanics there.
