I was assured there was a Ford vehicle available at the location- it HAS to be Ford, because Ford is paying for the rental while they manage our claim. I spoke with Jackie and and confirmed multiple times there was a Ford Fiesta available at the Somersworth location. Upon arrival (no easy feat - we desperately needed this Ford and rushed to Somersworth to make the reservation time), we were informed there never was any Ford, and they don't even have any in their "local fleet." Our time, energy, money, and hope was wasted.
