  I had such a great experience at the Enterprise location in Somersworth. I made my reservation online, and when I arrived, James K. was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. The entire process was quick and seamless, but what really stood out was how kind and respectful he was, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly so I felt completely comfortable and confident before leaving the lot. He made what can sometimes feel like a stressful process extremely easy. James was friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Customer service like that truly makes a difference. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location because of him. Thank you again, James!

  This rental was arranged by my insurance carrier after a car wreck on Christmas Day. My car was a total loss, therefore, the rental was absolutely needed. All Enterprise personnel were helpful, personable and professional. The details of my circumstances were such that it was extremely helpful to be able to pick up the rental at one location and drop off at a different location. My rental was an essentially new Nissan Sentra that ran flawlessly. When returning the rental, the staff were very helpful getting me to the dealership where I was purchasing a replacement vehicle. Overall, my experience with Enterprise was exceptionally positive.

  An Associate called me and informed me that my insurance rental was ready for pick up. All paperwork was prepared ahead of my arrival and the process was clearly explained and all documents were in order. A quick and easy rental process. Thank you.

  I am very disappointed with my experience with the Somersworth NH Enterprise and would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I was assured there was a Ford vehicle available at the location- it HAS to be Ford, because Ford is paying for the rental while they manage our claim. I spoke with Jackie and and confirmed multiple times there was a Ford Fiesta available at the Somersworth location. Upon arrival (no easy feat - we desperately needed this Ford and rushed to Somersworth to make the reservation time), we were informed there never was any Ford, and they don't even have any in their "local fleet." Our time, energy, money, and hope was wasted.

  Seamless and painless rental when my car was in a collision. The customer service was prompt and friendly. The car selection was excellent.
