  My car was making a strange noise, so I asked my neighbor to recommend a repair shop she trusted. She'd been getting her car serviced there for six years. They inspected my car and found the noise was coming from the braking system. However, another repair shop had installed the wrong bolts during the last service, so they couldn't remove them today. Nevertheless, they gave my car a thorough inspection. I thought I'd have to pay before leaving, but they didn't charge me a single penny! I didn't pay a cent. They are a truly responsible repair shop. I will never go to any other repair shop again. They are my only choice, and I highly recommend them.

  Great experience from start to finish. The appointment process was straight forward, got a confirmation text right away. Our tire tech Brian was awesome, explained everything he did and had the job done while we had lunch at the 99! Highly recommend.

  Sullivan Tires in Seabrook almost got an extra $1000 out of me by telling me I needed new ball joints! Said the tech won’t do an alignment with out them. I called my cousin and he said to bring it to him. I told Sullivan Tire not to do anything other than tires, as I was getting a second opinion. She said the tech would provide pictures. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, no pictures and nothing in writing that I needed ball joints! Took it to my cousins this morning, (no vibration and new tires made it ride smooth), and he said there is absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints, showed me them and there was ZERO wiggle. It infuriates me that no one can be trusted anymore.

  Brought some rims in to have tires mounted and I got an alignment on my car while there. The rims with old tires were in the back of the station wagon. Whoever took them out dragged them across my bumper scratching the paint along the top of the bumper. They clearly took no care in protecting the car. Update: owner response claims store manager reached out with no response. That was not true. Two days after their response was the first attempt by owner to contact me. I have email proof of that. I followed up with the store manager who requested I visit to compare before photos. He confirmed the damage was not there prior to my visit and he would submit a claim in their system and I would hear back from someone. After a week with no feedback, I reached out to the store manager on 2 separate occasions and am being ghosted without receiving any additional follow up.
