These guys are great - honest, reliable, hard working, and really good at what they do. The manager and assistant manager communicate clearly and frequently and I really trust them to do the right thing for me and my car.

I brought my car into Mavis in Seabrook for a simple brake check after hearing a minor squeak. I asked for an oil change and they rotated my tires. I was told by Adam that my brakes were fine and only needed a brake flush. When I left, my car immediately had issues—a dragging splash guard (which they fixed), but then worsening vibration and friction that did not exist before my visit. Within days, the car became nearly undriveable. When I tried to bring it back, Adam told me their technician called out and I couldn’t return for days. After escalating to customer service, regional manager Eduardo (Eddie) had my car towed to the Newington location and assured me they would “make it right.” That did not happen. At Newington, Brian told me I needed new brakes and rotors (and possibly tires), totaling nearly $1,000. Communication was inconsistent, I was ignored for long stretches by Eddie, and I was ultimately told I was responsible for the repairs. I paid because I had no choice—but the car was not fixed. The vibration remained, and I left feeling unsafe driving it. I then had the car evaluated elsewhere and learned the real issue was my tires—which Mavis had rotated, moving worn tires to the front and causing the problem. Bottom line: My car was fine when I brought it in It was unsafe when I left I was charged ~$1,000 for the wrong repairs. The actual issue was missed and created by their service This was a complete failure in diagnosis, communication, and accountability. I am now paying another shop to fix Mavis’ mistakes.
