After I had the worst luck and got 2 flat tires in 3 days! Everyone else told me I had to order tires and wait at minimum 4 days. Meanwhile the vehicle was parked in a rest area with the donut on one side and flat on the other! Phenomenal service and at the right price!! Highly recommend! Absolutely

Went to a shop down the street who told me they couldn’t fix it, it would have to be replaced but couldn’t do it until the next day for $300. Called Mavis an 1.5hrs before they closed and they got me in right away at half the cost. I was in and out in less than 30min. Highly recommend!

Experience a road hazard and they have no record of the purchase. Maybe my mistake? Nope, my bank surely has the records of the purchase. To top it all off, I needed a dozen paper towels to get the grease off the steering wheel after the “technician” was done looking at the car. Can’t wait to see how filthy the rest of the car is once the sun comes up. I would rather pay for a hotel and wait for another shop to be open before ever going there again. There are 5 other local spots to get tires and service. I should you all to pick another one.

Found that I had been mailed the wrong size lug nuts and they were able to get the right size from a local distributor and put them on same day. Very helpful and good communication. Thanks guys!
