- TBTim Borthwick2 days ago1.0Poor experience. Made an appointment for an alignment specifically and when I showed up I was told the “alignment guy” called out but the new guy might be able to do it. I totally understand places are short handed so I had asked that if that was the case to see if they could do the alignment first by throwing it up on the lift and checking with the tech to see if he was confident doing it before doing the rotation and balancing as I specifically needed the alignment more so than the other services. The counter salesman said no problem. An hour later he tells me “rotation and balancing is done but we can’t do the alignment”. So the service I made the appointment for wasn’t achieved and two hours wasted. Then I get in my truck and the seat is filthy as well as the steering wheel. The salesman was nice enough to clean the seat but seriously? I watched one guy put plastic down in multiple cars yet the kid with the beanie just gets in all dirty without protecting my seat? I understand places are short handed but listening to customers requests and respecting peoples vehicles should be the bare minimum.
