    Brandi was so helpful and kind. I struggled installing my new wiper blades for over an hour before i drove back to the store. It took her about 2 minutes to fix my mess and help me snap them on. I definitely appreciated that. she was willing even though it looked like she was alone in the store.

    Went there to pick up an online order. Received confirmation order was ready. Got there and they said it had just come in on a truck and they had to find it. They could not find it. Drove 20 minutes each way to pick up. When arrived, one of the clerk's was chatting it up with someone. Maybe she should have been finding my order instead. Would clearly think that an associate, at an absolute bare minimum, would verify that the product is physically in the store prior to confirming to the customer that it is ready for pickup. Was offered by the store to come in and pick it up tomorrow. Are you kidding me. Was not offered anything for my trouble! Cancelled my order before leaving the store. Ordered from Autozone in the next hour where I will be buying from for my future auto needs. Use to enjoy going to Portsmouth Advanced Auto Parts store which is now closed and where i never had any issues. Never going back to the Seabrook store.
