First time they cancelled on me, second time they “didn’t have enough staff” and third time they had a system issue. I waited over an hour for their system to come back up. Once it restarted I was told I lost my place in line due to the issue. I will never come back to this place and I advise other to do the same.

I called in the morning and was told the alignment lift was empty. I showed up and after the front desk attendant took my information and vehicle information, my car was taken in within 10 minutes. Took about 30 minutes to complete the alignment. A mechanic told me I only needed a slight front-end alignment as the tires were slightly inward. I was surprised as I haven't had an alignment performed since 2020. It was good news. My only gripe is the alignment cost $119.99. It was priced on the higher end compared to my regular mechanic, and BJs. The dealership was about $35 more. Overall, it was quick, easy and simple. They took me in right away on the weekend, and did exactly what I needed. Good job!
