When I say this was the worse experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop, that is an understatement. These people had NO IDEA what they were doing. I had to chat GPT how to fix the problem and the tech looked at me and said it was wrong while basically dismissing me. Less than 2 minutes later he had to admit he was wrong and I was right. Now I’m driving around Salem trying to find someone to fix the problem they created. I was there for more than FIVE hours for something that should have taken 2 hours. I had to pay 100 dollars to get the OBD11 machine to register the battery. I’m really worried the person just screwed up the whole thing.

Took the car back and the looked at the breaks again and changed the front pads and had them cleaned and adjusted. The car was still making the noise went back again to have them looked at while getting an oil change. They probably did not even bother to look as they same sound was there, and they never mentioned on the invoice. Took the car to 2 different places both said same thing aftermarket rotors. When I contacted corporate, they did not even bother to respond
