I complained to him about replacing 126 pieces of fully synthetic oil and the oil filter on August 9th. Yesterday, the engine started shaking and the fault codes P0306 and P0316 appeared. I replaced the oil and filter at the repair shop, but they found the same Volkswagen oil filter. The filter hadn't been replaced at all. I hope the owner sees this! This so-called manager, Randall, only exacerbates conflicts. He's incapable of normal communication.

Explained nothing and made it seem like he was talking to a child when he was talking to me. When I said some thing about how he was talking to me he said he was the highest in sales in his district. Well good for you! Being use and arrogant gets you no where.
