    Location is on the ground floor, directly outside of JC Penney and a general mall entrance. Look for Green pillars. Slight connection issue (may have been user error 🤣😜) I called, waited on hold for 7 minutes and as soon as the operator said hello, the system started working. Quick charge!

    The J1772 charger is down. I drive an older hybrid and this is the only charger I can use.

    EV Charging should be as easy as using a gas filling station. Was travelling and had to download app and scan VIN this is just data gathering for their purposes but frustrating. No way this country will move into the electric era with this insanity
