    Very disappointed with this company. My 19 year old son rented a car in Salem while his car was getting fixed. Apparently they took advantage of his age and knowledge by charging for extra insurance that was not needed. I was unaware of this until I received my amex bill. My son lives in Salem, NH with his mother and I live in Manchester. My son went back after 8 or 9 days to cancel it, he must of been made aware of this from someone. After seeing this charges I called enterprise and spoke with Tristan. I was looking to get these charges refunded due to my son not knowing what they were and came over a month after he rented the car. They refused to do anything or help out in this situation and was pretty rude and not concerning. Having said that we will never rent there again and I will tell other also.
