He confirmed it could arrive that night and quoted $369.99 plus a $40 core, which I agreed to. I told him I would come down and pay in cash when I picked it up. He then said the part had to be paid for in advance before he could order it. I explained I don’t have a card to pay over the phone. I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have never had an issue ordering parts and paying in store. Because of this, I ended up buying the part elsewhere. Disappointing experience for a long-time customer.

They decided to give me a jump instead, so William stayed to help, got me to the parking lot so I was able to get to a garage safely. William went above and beyond helping me today! Thanks so much!
