- HVHew VieiraDec 29, 20251.012/29/25 I called this location to inquire about a part. Brian told me they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked if it could be ordered for same-day pickup. He confirmed it could arrive that night and quoted $369.99 plus a $40 core, which I agreed to. I told him I would come down and pay in cash when I picked it up. He then said the part had to be paid for in advance before he could order it. I explained I don’t have a card to pay over the phone. I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have never had an issue ordering parts and paying in store. Because of this, I ended up buying the part elsewhere. Disappointing experience for a long-time customer.

I went in asking for help pushing into the parking lot (I am 5 months pregnant and didn’t want to risk my babies health). William G without hesitation grabbed another coworker to come help me. They decided to give me a jump instead, so William stayed to help, got me to the parking lot so I was able to get to a garage safely. William went above and beyond helping me today! Thanks so much!

He was told to come back "maybe in the afternoon". I mean... no one was at the shop. It was the morning.. and a third person came in a few mins later. Why can't they accommodate us? The car badly needed the service. Poor guy had to drive farther in the snow with a broken car. :( Maybe avoid this branch if it's the morning. Apparently they don't seem to service early, even if Google says they open at 7:30am.
