I personally think these 5 star reviews are phony, probably paid for by the "professional management" is my guess because professional he is not! Having teenagers work "under the table", and then giving them a hard time to pay them when you let them go the very next day because they supposedly "don't know what they're doing" after spending a WHOLE day on a vehicle that you could see a reflection of the wash bay in, telling them they did EVERYTHING wrong but not showing them what you thought was wrong with it so they could fix it, but then again there probably wasn't anything that was, you just didn't want to pay them for it, avoiding phone calls to not pay someone for their valuable time and make them wait 2 weeks for it! Not ethical...Sir you should be ashamed of yourself! People in the car business know of you...and let's just say their words are NOT "it's nice to know you" You should probably treat your employees better, maybe they will respect you if you do.

Let me just say I removed "tons" of trash before even dropping it off and it was desperately in need of shampooing and cleaning. My husband refused to even sit in it for the ride over to drop it off. They did a fantastic job...very nice employees and I could not believe how thorough they were. They did not miss a spot and I am so happy I made the decision to bring it there. I would highly recommend it for anyone in need!!
