Caleb was amazing on the phone and very flexible with helping me all while I wasn’t actually able to be there because of work! Definitely will be coming back here and recommend to anyone looking for amazing service!

- DUDoug UptonOct 2, 20255.0Last evening an indicator notified me of a deflated tire. I was leaving this morning for Kentucky. Farmington rd Sullivan was less than a mile from my hotel. Went there at opening hr and explained my situation. Mike and his team checked all tires( new tires ) and adjusted pressure as needed. NO CHARGE. What a blessing

I Found parts they said don't exist for under 200 $. Got t he car back WORSE then it was call the next day told them was told they didn't have the shims for the alignment that I would have to get them if they could not do should have been up front.

They got to my tire within the hour w no appointment, it’s a nice spot to wait as there’s an Aroma Joe’s right in the building. The desk staff was kind enough to replace the dead battery in my valet key as well! 10/10 I will be back for new winter tires on my other car for sure!!
