  Genuinely such an awesome experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the service was and how the employees went out of their way to make sure my car was completely taken care of. They checked my tires, topped off my wiper fluid, and did my oil change in about 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place!

  I was greeted and offered a bottle of water upon arrival which was a nice surprise. Everyone who worked with me was polite and professional. The service was prompt and thorough and nobody tried to upsell me anything. They went above and beyond with little free extras like topping up my windshield wiper fluid as well as my tire pressure. I would happily return for future oil changes. Convenient friendly service worth the price.

  Just a few things about my first experience. The price was $116.18 for an oil change personally I find that pretty expensive, secondly I didn’t request for my psi to be touched but they said they always check the tires before the oil change so I said great not a problem, it took about 25 minutes for an oil change(no waiting no line) after I left a few minutes later I got a call saying “we messed up your tire pressure could you come back” so I said yeah of course just thinking it was a few off I looked and my psi was at 73 and 74 I drive a 2014 Chevy Silverado my tire max is supposed to be 45psi MAX. Overall experience not the greatest but definitely learned not to try a new place just because I few people say it’s great! (They did lower my tire pressure back to were it was supposed to be when I came back but very lucky for them, myself and others that it didn’t blow while driving.)

  Very impressed with the service the Strickland Brothers crew performed on the Milton RD location in Rochester, NH! I was greeted with tons of smiles and a snack tray! The service they performed was above and beyond and their pricing was comparable. They checked my tire pressure, air filter, topped off my washer fluid, and did a light inspection! Definitely will be returning for my next oil change and for my complimentary air freshener!

  First time customer and it won't be my last. Greeted immediately with a variety of snacks which were very helpful in keeping my 2yr old entertained. I came in with the intention of an oil change but walked out with a full work up, as I had been having weird lights come on randomly. Not only did Fred and his team take good care of me, they went above and beyond to hopefully fix my car issues for almost nothing$. I will be utilizing Fred and his team at Strickland Bros for any/all car concerns/maintenance going forward!
