Extremely obvious that they have zero interest in assisting customers, getting answers to questions is like pulling teeth from a heavily-accented mouth. Technology straight from the late 1980's, will absolutely drain vehicle battery. Power save mode is slightly less bad, but only marginally. App is garbage, lags far behind the pc page speed. Used the pc page instead because the app kept freezing. Website appears to be put together by a beginner programmer who last touched a computer in 1993. I have spent over an hour trying to come up with a single positive comment to make about intoxalock as a company, it's employees, or it's service, and have thus far been wholly unsuccessful. Were zero stars an option, I would have chosen that. The struggle continues Edit for clarity: this is in no way meant to reflect on the shop that contracts with intoxalock for installation/calibration, they've been pretty good.
