Due to a shortage in available inventory, she had to work very hard to get me into a car as soon as possible. Also, I dealt with Andrew who was very accommodating. Both are consummate professionals and extremely courteous and understanding. A big thanks to Elizabeth and Andrew for all their help. Five stars from me!!

I walked in and the girl had a call on speakerphone and her tone was rude, very hurried,unprofessional and overall rude. I was clear w my reservation what vehicles I did not want and since I pay for a week at a time, and they continued to offer me three different vehicles all by the same manufacturer. There was also a problem with another customer while Inwas there,and just the overall vibe was rushed,unprofessional and hostile. The tension was thick enough to cut w a knife. Ive heard many things about this location,and should've listened.
