    I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rochester, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a rental for a standard-size SUV and was told I was being upgraded to a full-size SUV at no additional cost. However, when my final bill was processed, my pricing was significantly higher than what I was originally quoted. Over the course of 18 days, I was overcharged by nearly $20 per day which adds up quickly. My interaction with Hannah at the store location was sufficient and professional during the rental period. The real issues began when it was time to close out the account. When I called to address the billing discrepancy, I spoke with Andrew. Rather than working toward a resolution, he told me he had other clients to assist and abruptly ended the call. Being hung up on while trying to resolve a nearly $360 billing difference is completely unacceptable customer service. I expect transparency in pricing and basic professionalism when concerns are raised. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this was handled.

    Thank you so much to Lisa at the Haverhill MA River St location for moving my bereavement rental to the Rochester NH location and to Hannah at the Rochester NH location for being so funny nice and sweet I needed that!

    This was an insurance claim rental and they handled everything flawlessly. Simple and easy. A nice midsize rental car with 30,000 miles on it, clean and ready to go. That would go there again and recommend them to everyone

    I recently had to rent a car due to an accident that totaled my truck. Elizabeth was outstanding to work with! Due to a shortage in available inventory, she had to work very hard to get me into a car as soon as possible. Also, I dealt with Andrew who was very accommodating. Both are consummate professionals and extremely courteous and understanding. A big thanks to Elizabeth and Andrew for all their help. Five stars from me!!
