- JBJeff BeckerDec 2, 20251.0TLDR: employees here don’t even know how to install or pick out correct wiper blades without relying on the computer to tell them… Witnessed an employee today mansplain to a woman that the wiper blades he sold her were the correct ones because “the computer gave that part number” he also refused to help her install them, I assume because it was actively snowing, the reason she stopped to get new blades in the first place. After I attempted to help her install them after she tried, it became apparent the blades he sold her did not have the correct adapter for the hook style on her vehicle. He proceeded to come outside and tell us that there is an adapter in the package in an extremely rude way, which there was indeed not one in the package. The package listed the types of hooks it would work with and hers were not on there. He then proceeded to tell her “don’t do this here” as if it’s a big deal to replace wiper blades in the parking lot. He got frustrated when she said she wanted to return them and he got another employee to confirm, via the computer, that the “part number should fit her vehicle”. I had to leave and I hope she ended up getting a refund and going to a store that actually knows something about cars.

As it turned out, a universal extender did not work in my car - but I can say that he gave the most excellent customer service attempting to fix my seat belt problem, and I appreciated his efforts very much.
